It was working fine with me this morning. It sounds like you have a network issue, since the scoreboard is basically just a tiny website that's opened in the Waze client. Please check the following:
- Do you have network connectivity in Waze (=the globe icon is colored)
- If network connectivity in Waze is not working (=globe is grey), can you open any webpages on your phone with the browser (in other words, is it just Waze that's not working or is it your entire phone that cannot connect)

Sometimes it helps to restart Waze. On my iPhone I sometimes have connection issues, despite the fact that I can open websites in Safari. When I restart Waze, it suddenly connects again.

Hope this helps a little.

Ah well, what we really need is a "Waze Server Status Page" or something similar, that could show at a glance what is happening inside the Waze-servers today. Go and vote for it on uservoice!

I also didn't accumulate any points today, on my 62 mile trip home. Neither could I collect any "Special" Halloween shaped bonuses, and my maps hardly ever actually showed up on the screen. I also cannot connect to Foursquare or Facebook...

And my "globe" is colored... ;)

How do I know which side of the road the goodies are on? I rolled right over the honorary +25 for first 5 miles goodie, and it never collected.

I do have internet connectivity the whole trip, I used Foursquare multiple times as well as cruised around on Facebook during the drive.

I'm on a G1 Droid.

1. What model phone are you using?
2. Are you connected to the internet or wifi?
3. If you can, choose "Show Me on the Map" or tap on a compass icon

1. Points take time (days) to be credited to your account.
2. Bonuses "road goodies" can only be collected if you are on the correct side of the road the goodie is located on. You also need a very good, accurate GPS signal
3. Do you have good internet connectivity on the whole trip?
4. What model phone are you using?

I'm just a wazer like you, so my answers are just what I can work out.

I just read on the forums that if you zoom in as far as you can on the map, you can just make out where the goodies are. Don't worry about your bonus one - you always get those eventually. If you miss, they pop up elsewhere. You may already have it - check your scoreboard.

Sorry, just realised I didn't answer this part, now we know you supposedly have good internet connectivity. If you ever want to take this to email I'm waynemcdougall@gmail.com - if we do go that way, I'll post a solution summary back here.

First make sure you're running the latest version which is 2.0.2.5 from http://tiny.cc/and2025
