You'd be amazed at the amount of users that don't read them - this forum is littered with posts asking questions that could be easily answered if the user had searched. We need to cover the bases first.

If you've been online for 18 years, you should know enough to say "I tried these instructions and they didn't work" when asking a question like this and then you won't get sent to the instructions you've already tried. You would have also found this topic viewtopic.php?f=12&t=65598 where the user is pointed to the same place you were.
