Send a PM here in the forum, or post in your country/state forum with a permalink to the area. You can also report a problem from livemap. That will show up as an Update Request in the editor.

Not every area has really active editors. If you could post a permalink, someone could take a look. I would ask that you use the relevant Update/Unlock Request forum for your country, as that is the proper place to request map updates outside the editor itself. Those are usually pretty busy forums. :)

Area Managers...

Postby Billderwent » Thu Nov 07, 2013 6:21 am

Howdy, Wazers!

So, in my local area, I submitted an error that I can't fix. It's a simple missing road, all the details are in the error description, only it's connecting to a level 3 road, and I'm not a high enough level. I added it last month, and no one has fixed it. :(

So here I thought, being clever, I could contact the person assigned as the Area Manager for the area, but I cannot find a way to do this. Wouldn't it be nice if, as an editor, you could elevate a map error to your area manager, or just higher level editors, and they'd be notified? It's not the first time I've come upon this kind of problem, and there just doesn't seem to be an efficient way of getting around it.

Will try PMing, and yeah, it's reported in the Livemap and shows up in the editor, that's why I thought it would've been fixed by now :(
