Upcoming Events And Road Closures

NZTA is full of information when it comes to upcoming planned and unplanned closures, is there any advice to give me when it comes to adding a road closure from information stated on the NZTA website?

The one in the Wiki that is the best ideal way, needs level 3. Oh well I'll get there soon.

Seems I can't close a road without an event? Is it because I'm not the correct level map editor?

As you can see with all the details of the closure added I can't seem to do it without an "event" this is not ideal.

This is weird indeed, but it could be because I'm only a level 2 editor. When I select none as the event it tells me I need to select from the list anyway.

Hoping if that's the case that level 3 editor will be able to do closures without limits.
