I have checked those roads supplied in the image, they are L1, so universal access is granted.
When it happens, have you tried restarting the Map Editor?
What browser are you using?
As you are aware, sometimes software doesn't do what it should.

Working this morning, luckily. SH1 closed in Timaru...

Okay - this problem is occurring again. I can close the main street (Yellow) but not the local streets surrounding the event.

Time has not changed this issue. There are a series of segments in my area which I cannot edit, and frequently need to be able to. Who do I need to contact to get these segments working for me?

All these have finally been resloved. I can now close them all.
