Need higher rank to delete a road segment
Hi,
The developer in a new subdivision has decided to build houses on a road reserve so the road cannot exist anymore. The permalink is as follows.

I shortened the road so that it doesn't get included in a recommended route but it won't let me delete it.
Can someone take care of this for me?
