Feed the Waze - Offline reporting NZ

I found a project that was started a while back called "Feed the Waze". It allows persistent alerts, which is good for road closures and road works.

I have been using http://maps.aa.co.nz/traffic/roadwatch and http://www.nzta.govt.nz/traffic/current ... hway-info/ to find construction work, but it's better if someone can verify the works in person.

i've added a couple of alerts to the project, but the never show on map. any idea if the project is still live and working?

Logged on to feed the waze now, there is a link to the bug report which is getting fairly log and fairly old. I do wonder if anyone is looking after the project any more, it may have been abandoned. :(
