SH4 Taumarunui

I have just fixed a problem with SH4 north of Taumarunui, a 'worldxx' user had been doing some changes in mid December and created a junction on SH4 with no permitted turns.

I'm starting to think that locking SH roads to level 2 or higher might be a good idea :-)

I had the same discussion with Ispyisail today. :)
I've locked SH4 segments that you hadn't already locked to level 2.
