Please help a newbie correct an allowed left turn

There are two error reports that I need help fixing. Both state that Waze indicates that they can't turn left, when it is obvious that you can (dedicated left turn lane). Can someone help a newbie learn how to fix this?

I am going to move this to the US forum.

I think what you need to do is respond to each UR and ask what their destination was. I see no reason why a left would not be available to route over at that intersection, nor in any intersections within a 1/4-1/2 mile to the west. (Problems aren't always at the report area.)

Also, if the left was restricted before you saw the errors, someone could have fixed it already. Changing a turn restriction does not change the "updated" date.
