You probably could have combined those into one post since it is all the same road name. In most cases where a word or road name is very commonly pronounced a certain way, it is impossible to replace for a single road. Those TTS replacements are done for the whole country.
PM me a link to that post please.Kartografer wrote:I requested a correction for Coshocton and Scioto a year ago and they still sound like Keyshokton and Seoto. Is there any movement with TTS fixes?
FS-xxx was submitted a while ago and we are just waiting for it to be processed as a voiced replacement. You are okay to use it.DwarfLord wrote: Was there a decision that FS-xxx is not a supported road-category prefix after all? Or is it semi-supported, in the sense that it's considered OK to use, but not to voice?
PM me the segment and turn direction that gave you that pronunciation please.ttninja55 wrote:Coming out of Ft. Knox KY today, Jane pronounced Bullion Blvd "bully on Blvd." where would I submit this issue?
Is that a road name? Can you edit your post to add a PL?Kartografer wrote:Mispronunciation of "Parkcenter" using the Jane voice. As a UR reported and I confirmed in WME, it sounds like Park-chenter. It should sound like Park Center
Do you have a PL to issue to help track it down? Or maybe a city and state?singhyc wrote:I80 w. The reed ave exit 83. It suppose to be reed but it is being announced as “red ave”. Instead of reed ave. It use to be correct but now announced as red
Map show the name correctly. It is just text to speech
This thread is for US TTS, so you will want to check in with the Champs in your country. I did hear some complaints recently from another country that uses Av having intermittent issues as well. We use Ave here.PMG801 wrote:'Av' is not producing the word 'Avenue'.
Mispronunciation of "Lakeline Blvd"

Voice: English (US) - Jane
Says: lake-lenn
Should be: lake-line
Interestingly, nearby "S Lakeline Blvd" and N Lakeline Blvd are pronounced correctly, so the presence of an N/S designator seems to make a difference.

Causeway Blvd is pronounced like "Causewuh"
But if I change Blvd to St or Ave, then it pronounces then edging "way" correct
