Paso del Norte Brg (S. El Paso St.) doesn't appear to be a toll bridge and is for north bound (Mexico to US) traffic only. I updated the name on the Texas side so you can cross it off the list I think. :)

Update:
West Virginia done (Memorial & Newell-East Liverpool)

PS: Is it better for me to keep updating this post or adding additional replies?

I-190 on Grand Island, NY has been updated to toll as indicated ... I've updated the first post to show this. I'm leaving the NYC bridges/tunnels for someone more familiar with that area, but I'll try to get to the NY/ON border crossings if no one beats me to them. :)

If it isn't being worked on/done when I get home from work I will start working on the rest tonight after 1 am central.

AlanOfTheBerg wrote: This was, perhaps also, for the reason that if Waze decides to render a toll road graphically on the app, that we'd want there to be a visual representation of the toll road itself, not just the plaza, where that is feasible to do.
For visual representation they are going to have to have a road type for the color seperate from the actual toll flag so we can mark the sections that are from begining to end toll that may not have the ability to actually have the toll flag on it for routing purposes. It isn't going to be easy to see a 10m segment of toll road that is actually going through only the booth.

Add Tx State Hwy 130 from Seguin to Austin to the list and also mark it as complete. It is set to open here in a couple of months. When it officially opens, I'll go back through and open all access points, but it is ready to be opened as soon as the state officially says it's open.

If you're looking for the Camino Columbia toll road, it's WAY north of Laredo. It's further north than when US 83 splits off from I-35. You can't reach it if you're the area manager for Laredo, HOWEVER, if you're a CM, and can edit it, you just need to go a little further north. I checked on it and HavanaDay has done some work to it. I've never been on that road, so I don't know what is toll and what's not. Txtag.org website doesn't give specifics, unless I'm not looking in the right place.

Had to share this...

Dingman's Ferry Bridge between NJ and PA is one of the last private toll bridges in the country. So named because it replaced a ferry route.

It is one lane in each direction with tolls collected both ways. That is rare since all crossing but two charge you to enter NJ (the other is the NJ/PA Tpke extension). All other crossings charge you to leave NJ. (NJ is a big trap. Or a roach motel. Easy to enter, hard to leave ;) )

Anyway, the toll collector for Dingman's Ferry stands in the middle of the road and collects the tolls by hand
