Another Boston Divided Road Problem

We have a ton of these avenues here, where the dividing median isn't necessarily big enough to call for separating the road into two one-way segments. I'm too new to want to screw these up and change them in case a change isn't called for based on the "best practices" of map editing.

So I fixed all the errors in this area that pertain tot he side streets not being able to make certain turns, but I want to have the heavy hitters (harling) weigh in here on what to do with all the errors on Blue Hill Ave.

Thanks!

Of the URs there, I don't see one where Waze is actually showing an illegal/impossible left turn. I do see the map has a lot of incorrect restricted right turns. The URs appears to be related to Waze not choosing the best route according to the Wazer. There is one left turn-based UR there, but it's at an intersection which allows left turns according to aerials.

Driver can't take a left through the median, but should instead continue on and U-turn at Westview St. intersection. Again a newbie question, but obviously you can't mark that turn as not allowed, since traffic in the other direction can make it.
It's set as allowed turn. If it shouldn't be allowed, set it as restricted.
