I added the railroad junction, so now waze can start recording the delay at the crossing.
This closes a very old UR.
Additionally I fixed some road entries/exits for the new road there hence the larger amount of segments.

The lock can now go back to L3.

Added connectivity with side roads, gas stations and crossings at the E92.

Solved an UR at the roundabout by changing the side road to one way.
Please fix the "reverse connection warning at the end-node" (or unlock if you prefer)

This node is connected a little bit too late on the road due to the lock of the exit connection.
