Should those 2 be connected? Looks like a closed/boomed off road.

I haven't edited that section yet.

I personally think it should be connected with the proper turn restrictions and locked so that new guys can't come and change it again.

I must be blind, but I do not see them as being connected. Saxon has an end node but no connection.

This brings me back to another question I have as there must be a way to properly indicate these closed-off sections we have on the map.

How do we ensure that the closed off sections remain like that and do not get reconnected by another editor that thinks this is just a sloppy fault ?
1. Do we leave the segments connected & just set the turn restrictions ? This way someone will just try to 'fix' the restrictions.
2. Do we have a small connected segment on the junction, also named the same as the actual street, but the 2 segments of the street remain disconnected ? I'm sure this one will generate warnings during tile generation, as they might see the junctions are close together and named the same..
3. Do we leave them as disconnected like these, but keep the node on the previously connected street so someone can 'assume' they were previously connected there ?

I saw a UR on a similar junction the other day where the fence was recessed quite deep into the junction, with a 'Missing Road' on it. Not that the user could have traveled through the blockade, even if he/she wanted to...

If they are connected, the first Wazer that makes a quick U-turn in that section is going to either soft unlock the turn restrictions, or generate a Map Error.
I think we might need another juction node in line with the obstruction and set the turn restrictions on that, or a short 'locked' segment in between the two, where it would not matter if someone else fiddled with the restrictions on either side, Waze would not route across that segment.

I'm not too fond of locking all the stuff, as I can also make mistakes. At least that way, someone else can fix my bugger-up without wanting to kick my rear.
