The simplest way to indication the location of the speed limit (SL) changes is to used the WSLB app on your device (viewtopic.php?f=819&t=184699) Once active, you just have to press the appropriate button as you pass the SL sign, and the app will create a UR on the map, that either yourself or other editors can use to set the correct limits on that segment.
