I wonder how long old city data that has no roads associated with it continues to lurk. There are definitely no roads left in Loevinstein, but it still shows up on the live map at https://world.waze.com/livemap/?zoom=7& ... yers=BTTTT. The same applies to Athlone (the single road that was labelled Athlone was corrected a while ago) but you can still see the old label at https://world.waze.com/livemap/?zoom=7& ... ers=BTTTTT and in the same view you can see where Waze currently thinks the centre of "Cape Town" is (somewhere in Newlands). I'm still hoping that in time Loevinstein, Athlone, Bellville and my personal nemesis "Newlands (Cape Town)" will disappear from the map, but who know how long that will take, and which of the many Cape Town suburb names Waze will pick to represent the city when you zoom right out to the level in alan_zimm's link.
