Having lost data from 2 accounts
Hi,
I have an issue of having lost my points from two accounts created in international server.
I had been using account where I drove first 300 miles without registred user got first or second rank and some 200+ points, then I updated waze software on my HTC Desire and all data were lost. Then I created new account, but during period of 5th august up todate I havn't got any points or ranks.
Today I renewed password for account and loged in my dashborad via web. both accounts show 0 points, 0 rank.
Are these problems because of service outages or it is local problem and points wount be restored? Is it possible to merge 2 accounts into one?
