Just joined the 100k map edit club as of October 1st. Sent an email to Alpha to request to change my edit level, and am now just waiting for my first 100k level edit.

Just tested an area a few miles outside of my driven area, and about 30 or so miles outside my management area and I can NOT edit in either editor.

Non-driven/Non AM area:
I've found that I can indeed perform some edits in old Cartouche, and then continue to perform some edits in Papyrus to the same segments. I need to test more to see what I can and can't do.
I do know that can delete segments but can not add new roads in either editor.
Of course in the process if testing, I've created a problem to an intersection that I can not repair.
I have around 441934 points, so they are sure not allowing me full edit permissions.
Can another Lvl 4 editor see if they can fix it please?
