Your rank promotion will depend on where you sent your application and whether your country is self-managed. If it isn't self-managed, the request goes to Waze HQ and I don't know how long that will take. If Australia is self-managed, it goes to the country SM team and that can be dependent on how "busy" they are. We are all volunteers
