Rank Updates & the new Support Page

The Support Page now forwards on to a new FAQ-like page where a web-form appears to request upgrades to the next higher editor level: https://support.google.com/waze/answer/6135832?hl=en&ref_topic=6049876

My question is simply, do we know that the form is working? How long does it take for upgrades to process? My level 4 upgrade took about 3 hours of waiting but I haven't heard anything on my level 5 request now in about 1 1/2 weeks. I feel a bit foolish sitting & waiting if the form didn't work (although it appeared to at the time of submission). :roll:

Ok, I went through PM to find out if my application had been received. My only suggestion is that when a user submits a request through this new form page, they should probably get an email or PM telling the user that their request has been received and maybe summarizing what happens next. Then we'll stop bugging the Champs with PMs ;-)
