All points and stats disappeared

All points and stats disappeared

I took a trip to the USA recently and returned overseas and used Waze at both locations. Since then, all my points and stats on the website and on the app have disappeared and it constantly shows calculating.

Ideas?

I travel a lot to the US and all my points and edits in the NA server do not count, those numbers are added to my ROW account dashboard. It took some time to join my two dashboards but it will happen.

This is only a guess.. but my guess is that because the US is on a different server it might be doing some calculations to bring the data back to the other server?

Just a guess, maybe someone else knows more.

I am interested in the answer also as I will be in the US and Canada next month for a couple weeks
