I have the same problem. Mine briefly went to Baby Wazer, but then switched back to GrownUp Wazer. I still have thousands of points, listed as Level 2, but my rank is 0. When I click Country and Weekly, I see "There are no users to show".

Have we all been wiped out? Is a fix being rolled out for this?

Thanks. It's back to normal for me now, including Country Rank and Weekly position status.

You are not alone. I was about a 150 points away from the next level. I was bumped back too. I read that the next time you used the app the points would be added back. I'm still about 1300 short.

Same here...been on waze for 5+ years....it's a first for me, too.

Ever since I've been using Waze, everytime there has been an issue with points, it was just a matter of time before it fixed itself.

Whether it was just a delay with sync or that Waze staff was looking into it, usually it never exceeded 1-2 weeks before things got back to normal and usually after that no points were lost.

There are already many threads about this issue. I am sure that Waze is looking into it and that it shouldn't take long (max. 1-2 weeks) before things are back to normal.

We're informed Waze support of this issue.
They haven't given any feedback or answer on it yet. But this is not the first time this happens so don't worry too much.
