Driving Alerts not updating in NA?

It doesn't seem as though the driving alerts have been updating for the past 4 or 5 days in NA. Mileage, points, map updates, and everything else seem to have been updating, though. Anyone else notice this?

My alerts have not updated in almost 2 weeks, same as you....Everything else is ok. I am in Virginia.
