This username "MaiiCapz" has no points. It seems that you did not log back in your old account properly. Make sure you scroll down and click "Already a Wazer?" at the bottom to log back in the app.

Username and password are both case sensitive.

Ciao,

I can see that you have the right amount of points on your public profile for about 600km.

When did you start using the app? If it was less than a week ago then you could have to wait until the weekly scoreboard update at least.

It's best not to try anything in the meantime, nothing you could do on your personal App could possibly manually trigger this server-side process. So just keep using Waze normally, don't try to re-install or anything as it would have no impact and could even make it worse by resetting your waiting time once again.

Make sure that you've not created a new account by mistake instead of login in your old account. On the login page you need to scroll/look down and press the "Already a Wazer?" text.

If you are sure that it is the right account then this is a commonly asked question, please just read the previous messages in this thread.

@ExodusCheese: This account was started in May 2014, if you had more edits than that before and started before 2014 then it would mean you created a new account.
It seems like you didn't accidentally create a new account since I see you made edits recently and 158 days ago, for a total of 43 edits however so I'm not sure what you meant by a fair amount.
Baby Wazer status when changing phones is more than common and should only last a week (two max) before solving itself and letting you choose moods again, if it has been a month you should try to open a ticket with Waze support.

Regarding the ranking it can change from country to country or from State to State in the US, so I'm not sure if the new province you mention also means you crossed a US State border but if that's the case it would be normal for you to find another scoreboard made up of other people, therefore changing your position from what it was in the other one.

I've moved your post in the appropriate thread about this issue. This is common as you can see by reading the previous posts and should fix itself when the weekly scoreboard is updated (around Sunday-Monday)

Have you tried not doing an uninstall/reinstall for a while (7-14 days)?
I wouldn't recommend uninstalling and reinstalling as it's known to sometimes cause this baby Wazer status issue.. So by doing that you may have just re-started the problem each time.

If you can say you waited that long without ever doing a reinstall, then I have no further thoughts on it and can only suggest for you to open a ticket with staff support.
