I was driving using Waze today and all of a sudden it shut down mid route, and when I pulled over to resume I was logged out and it was acting as if I were a new user. I finally was able to log back on, but it shows me as a newbie but with the crown and the correct points. Worst of all, it cleared out all the prior drives. What the hell happened and how can I fix it. I don't care about the icon, I want my prior trips.

Online my Drives are still there.
