In Russia rank assignment system is rather complicated. To get highest rank (6), you've got to be an active member of the Citylock team. This includes regular processing of city creation requests issued by lower rank community editors. No-one outside the Citylock team can get lvl6. To get 5th rank, one has to be a country manager. Obviously, the privilege has to be earned by high quality active editing (of course, there are criteria to evaluate this also). To apply for 4th rank, editors need to have a rather large area they look after, keeping it in order. 3rd rank is given automatically, but local champs can block automatic upgrade if they feel editing quality isn't up to standards yet. This is a very rough description of the system, of course, but I hope it gives general idea. As I said, it is rather complicated and isn't based on number of edits at all.

hello, a very interesting topic, and thanks for the comments of all, very appreciated.

What would happen if there are self-managed countries but the community of publishers is small and not very active and the users are too many and even if it is a question of inviting new editors, they only arrive a few months?

Would it be wrong to understand that you try to help as many user requests as possible? because you can understand that you are hunting for points = editions?

curiosity nothing more, it is not for a specific country, just general consultation!
