Status page says that the updating issue is resolved.

Personally my dashboard updated this morning, but my long drives from last weekend are still missing :(

Another update overnight.

Still no signs of my missing road trip :(

The longest distance I'll drive for a while, and not reflected on Waze. Really too bad.

IO know points don't really mean anything, but I still can't help but get sucked into the whole thing for some reason.

My statistics got updated with half of my road trip from Sunday Oct 7th last night, so I guess they haven't gone missing, they are just slowly getting caught up :p

And they are not updating in order. Shorter more recent drives seem to be popping up before older, longer drives.

+1

It's unfortunate that you joined just at this time. It has been fairly up to date until this past weekend. Hang in there.

I apologize to everyone.

Last Sunday I took a drive around the island to get my "500 miles in a week" bonus. During the drive, Waze crashed. I restarted it and continued my drive. When I got home I waited until the phone connected to my WiFi, then I switched off Waze. Piddled about for a while then anxiously switched on my computer to check my progress. *POOF*, nada. Since then, no drives have shown up. Not even my daily commutes throughout the week. I can only surmise that I broke it. I'm sorry....

They update here in the states, just slowly. It's not like you're getting anything from Waze points.
Two things.
1. I really don't care about points. I enjoy editing, so I was trying to verify roads and expand my area to edit. I was just embellishing the story a bit. Don't assume you know me, or my intentions.

2. Hawaii IS a state.

I am not sure how this all works... but I noticed on my dashboard that it has me up to 280 miles... with a 110 mile commute a day and I work 4 days out of the week- this seems a little bit off? Am I figuring wrong? I am new to waze...

I am also not showing any trips since last Friday.

I know the status page said there had been problems, but according to the post things should have been sorted out by now. Any word on an update?

I have not received any points updates since 10-04-12. The status page says it's updated to Oct.9, but none of my drives or miles have been updated. I have 83 points currently and it says I need 87 to get to the next level. Isn't 100-83 only 17? Or do you guys use different math than the rest of the world? I'm a little disappointed in the time it takes the Waze staff to post announcements and status updates. I am also a little disappointed that what they say is updated is not. Can anyone get a timely or accurate answer for their Waze issues? Can someone on staff please tell us what is really going on and how serious it really is?

I just did a 20 mile drive and mine updated in minutes. It must be the amount of miles vs the amount of time to update?

My app says 201 points but my dashboard says 11 - but I am not bothered i use the app more (obviously)
