Hi there, I live in Colombia and today the waze team made an update...
I tried the new features in the editor and it's better; but I also noticed that my editor Level was '3' and a couple days ago I was '4', I don't know if it's only for the INTL server or for everybody...

What do you think? Why the change?

It is also a problem if the segments or elements are locked, because even in the Area where I am Area Manager they are still locked by users who doesn't live here.

Ranks are sorted out different now.

Level 0 -> not being used anymore
Level 1-> old rank (0) editors
Level 2-> not being used anymore
Level 3-> old rank (2) editors
Level 4-> old rank (3) editors
Level 5-> old rank (4) editors
Level 6-> Staff only

And the levels are now synched with the cones. In the last WME version, cones were 2 more than your level.
