I am living in France ==> INTL server only I guess.
Since last spring, I use Waze on an iPhone, daily, and got some point increments (mileage, road change notice, hazard reports...). Until end of October.
Since November, I still use Waze, but with a BBM terminal, and when driving a car. But my credit restart from scratch.
