Support: Mega Driver

Is emailing Waze Support no longer doable? I have no problem using the forum.

I'm requesting designation as a Mega Driver. I've reached 31649.7 Existing Miles, and the Wiki at http://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/Your_Rank_and_Points#VIP_Users says to email Support after hitting "50,000 km (31,068.55 miles) driven on existing roads" to have VIP status applied.

The VIP status (or "mega") has been down & out for a long time now. Is there actually a plan to "improve" it, as is said by Support and on the wiki, or is it just gone for good?

Pity, that VIP mega wazers moods are not current, I would have become mega-driver today, as I just got my first 50k kilometers with Waze (according to dashboard)

What gives? I currently meet the level of 2 different VIP levels and got mega driver months ago. With the last client update the VIP status doesn't show to other wazers and i've been reading that they are "improving" it since then. When will this so called "improvement" take effect?
