Waze forum

Hi

I have installed Waze for 8 days, and while all point logging worked on first 5 days, I am currently stuck with zero points for the recent 3 days. ( I drive about 40km a day and I am quite diligent in reporting road traffic and police )

Could this be a case of a simple delay in server?

I have the same problem.....no points increased since Sunday even if I dove for more of 500km and got points entering traffic allerts and gasoline station prices.

There is a problem with the scoreboard and dashboard for the world server. Support is working on this issue. Probably they will be back tomorrow....

I looks like most of the Waze staff members have a day off. They expected they fixed it, but with the update it went wrong again I guess. Let's hope for tomorrow

They are usually not lost.

My points went backward on Friday night. I have points of 77000 available on Thursday, I drove on Friday and reported road traffic alerts on Friday but the points went backward to 65000. What is this problem. Is there a problem. Will I get back my points.

Well, I have joined to waze for 20 days and until now my points didn't appear. My score is 0 poitns. What's the problem?

Will the km's i done these days be lost ?
