I'm a relatively new user (2 months) and haven't been paying particular attention to my points until now. I seem to have ongoing issues with regard to points. I've achieved at least two bonuses over 3-4 weeks ago that still haven't been awarded:
- First week driving 4 days (I've achieved this at least 5 times, but never awarded
- First week driving 500 miles

On top of these, I appear to go several days at a time without updates to my scoreboard.

Is this commonplace? Is there a mediation process. I haven't been able to find anything specific on the support pages.
