waze dashboard server selection ?

Hi,
I use waze and really like it.
I use it in France, US and Israel....each of those countries having different servers.
However when i connect to waze on my iphone, it looks like miles and points are not reported from one server to the other.
I can see 12k points in France but only 300 in the US.
Does the servers sync each others ?
