Reset to Royalty with 10 points

I dropped off for a few months with other distractions and came back today to find I still have Royalty Wazer status, but only 10 points and nothing else showing up on my dashboard or in the app. Its like I was partially reset.

Any ideas? I know I'm on the correct server.

Be sure you're on the correct server. WWW for North America and World for everywhere else. If that's not the solution, then Check your dashboard again tomorrow. The points will probably come back.
