not getting the second rank in cones

Hi wazers,

I have made more than 1K map edits for a long time and I am still rank 1 in cones. Is there a way to have the second cone ?

If you type in 'editor rank' it will take you directly to the section that applies, with detailed info on what to do - no searching required.

Search for the support form.

I've tried to search before posting but the pattern wasn't good enough apparently.
For the record, here is the solution:
