my points are gone from the app, but still there in the web

Post by ibti1983
Hello all,
I lost all my points in the app; it has been a week now and nothing changed.
I live in the US but I'm visiting the Middle East now, and I lost the points since I arrived the destination.
When I log in to my account on the website and check my dashboard, I find my points I earned in the US, but I have 0 points in the app.
What's the problem? and How can it be solved? Did I actually lost all my points or it's just a temporary thing?

Thank you all in advance for reading the post and the help :)

The last few times I've see/heard of people requesting the merge of data, Waze has refused. I've got bunches of points on both sides too. It's not, to me, worth worrying about.

You have one user account - but the points and drives are kept separate on the two infrastructures (NA & ROTW). Points you accumulate outside the US & Canada are kept on the ROTW Server (http://world.waze.com.

Thank you so much; so, my points won't be merged together as mentioned in the image attached?
Not automatically. If this is a one time trip (like a vacation), once you get back, you can ask support to move the points, but they may or may not do it.

Thanks, I'm aware of that.
