What is best way to create attachment of ranks & points

OK - it's nice to be wanted, but why me? :o I'm not especially qualified.

I presume you have reached a "milestone" (congratulations, if so) and you want to post the screenshot from your dashboard. I'm a Windows man, so I'll have to assume that's where you're working.
  1. Go to Your dashboard (That's the US link)
  2. Hold down the ALT key and press the PRINT SCREEN button (somewhere over to the top right, near the editing control keys) - that will dump a copy of the current window onto your clipboard

The next bit is better done in the graphics tool of your choice - but I'll use MS Paint as everyone has it!
  3. Open Paint, select Paste from the Edit menu
  4. Shift the image up & to the left until the bit you want to post is in the top-left corner
  5. Hit ESC to de-select the image
  6. In the center of the right-hand and bottom edges of the image are tiny black handles. Drag these to shrink your image down until it's trimmed to how you want.
  7. File, Save As. Choose a name & location. In the drop-down box under the file name box, choose "Save as type" JPEG
  8. Start composing your post. Look below the input box for "Upload Attachment"
  9. Click "Choose File" and browse to wherever you saved it & open it
  10. Click "Add the file"
  11. Put the cursor where you want it to appear in the post and click "Place inline"

It's unfortunately convoluted. Windows doesn't have any built-in tools for conveniently screenshooting a chosen area. There's also the problem that, for obvious security reasons, web browsers are deliberately isolated from the rest of your computer - hence why you can't simply paste images into the browser. You have to save them to a file & upload the file.

Of course, I may have got completely the wrong end of the stick - in which case my apologies for beating around the bush with it. :)

There's the "snipping tool". :-)

I'd be ranked higher if I drove more than 5 miles to work. :-(
But I only have to drive 5 miles to work. :-)
