Waze forum

Hi all,
I've tried several forum searches to find the answer but to very little success.
I've been using Waze for quite a long time, I've done small edits here and there as I've come across them.
Recently there's been a few bad edits in my home area so I'm hoping to work towards becoming an Area manager (currently there isn't one) so I can help stamp these out. Before I can apply to be an AM in the UK I need to have 1000 map edits. So I have been more actively checking the map for URs and Luckily I've been able to add roads and street names to some little villages that had been missed.

Anyway, the reason for this post. My "Map Updates" on the dashboard have not changed for quite some time. It usually states that it has been updated within the last 24 hours. I originally thought that the points may not come through until after the tiles have been updated. However, I can now see my updates in the client but my points remain the same. I've searched the rather unhelpful status page but nothing seems relevant.
I don't usually hunt for points but I would quite like to get to the AM level.
Is this a problem others have seen? Is it a case of just waiting a few weeks for these points to come through?

Thanks for that ianhouse, I haven't seen any posts about that problem. Wouldn't it be great if the status page clearly showed 'current' issues?

Yes it is. we are still bothering the staff about it.

The Dashboard is currently "stuck" for ROW. The totals on there haven't updated in at least a week. HQ are aware of the problem and are looking into it. Since the editor and client app are still showing points accumulating, I expect the dashboard will eventually catch up - you shouldn't "lose" anything.

It would be <insert favoured expletive here> fantastic. Although this issue has now been sort of posted on the status page.

Is this issue still ongoing? It's been a number of days since my dashboard has updated the number of map edits I've made. Hoping that they all catch up to me at some point!

Pleased to see a what looked like a full dashboard update this morning, not so pleased to see how few edits I've done since the last update in mid November... seeing your total creep up day by day is a definite incentive to keep up the editing momentum!
