no longer a knight and lost all points!

I am a waze knight and have been using waze over a year now. Tried to start a group and now i am a baby wazer with no points. Could it be because i had to join waze in order to start that group? How can i get ny points and ranking back?

If you reinstalled the app recently and logged in fresh, you will be a baby for a few days.

Unfortunately I didn't reinstall waze at any time and I've checked both world and US...points are gone.

I have been a Warrior for a couple months ~0 points to next level is not changing

My points is now 10,965. I have deleted and reinstalled and I cant get to the next Level

Please help
