It may be that it is hard to be in the top 1 percent if there are fewer than 200 wazers in your area. Just guessing based on rounding, truncation, using ill-formed compares, etc.

Exactly. I was never able to figure out what timezone the scores updated in. Finally I just relaxed and accepted updates as gifts... It's a game.. not a life.
