Not receiving credit for Accomplishments

Over the past several weeks I have used Waze every day, and have yet to receive any credit for driving 3 and 4 days in a week.

It varies, you will get your rewards depending on server status, also there could be delays in the process. So typically it could take from 1 to 3 days for each updated. Usually if there is a biggest delay you will be notified by email if you subscribe here:

Sometimes receiving credits for things will take sometime. Sometimes you have to submit in a request to HQ and they investigate.

I too am missing my 3 day and 4 day accomplishment credits. I've been using the app every single day for 5 weeks now. I should have them right? How do I submit a request to have someone look into it?

I don't either - just drovr 1k + miles and do way to see points earned - flawed system?
