The points process is currently delayed. You will get your points eventually.

You could find a similar answer by reading the FAQ which also links to https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/Your_Rank_and_Points which mentions the same.

Points processing has been stuck for a several days. It may take several more to recover.

Same thing happened to me when I first started using waze a few months back. It took a full 7 day week for it to finally update.
But it did update with every mile and point. Be patient is all I can say.

I downloaded the app last week and have the same issue. I did read other posts and FAQ. How long is the process delayed? It has been 5 days now and still no update for me.

8 days and mine is finally updating. I am not sure if all points and miles got updated because I didn't keep track but it is working now. Thanks for the replys.
