Hi!

I am trying to edit the map since my area seems to have of reports.
However, I am having a hard time since almost all of the roads that needs to be edited are restricted to Level 3 and 4.

I read that to increase rank, I need to solve more problems. Apparently, I can't do that since the problems require higher rank to be solved.

Or is there a way to view only the problems concerned with Level 1 roads?

You can still resolve those issues. Once you have identified the problem and have a solution on mind, simply ask for assistance in the map chat, or in the unlock forum.
