[Page update proposal] Walking Trail

I have adjusted the page for the Walking trails.
- Removed that walking trails are used for railroads.
- Made the suggested lock level for buslanes 3

To do:
- Combine the two tables to one.
- Translate into Dutch
- Translate into Frence (not by me)

Voortgaande op de discussie bij Railway heb ik begrepen van @petervdveen en @leorenaud dat busbaan als pedestrian moet ingetekend worden en niet als WT.

Ik heb alvast alle verwijzingen naar tram en metro in de EN versie verwijderd.

Ook de verwijzingen naar busbaan mogen weg vermits deze bij Pedestrian moeten komen.

Daar heb je gelijk in, maar dat was destijds bij mij niet bekend.

Maar dit stukje behoeft meer aanpassing. Want ook het verhaal om PB's/WT's voor parkeerplaatsen staat er nog niet in. Ik zal binnenkort een voorstel doen.
