Have you used Waze in other countries? There are more than one server where points are stored. If you switch countries, you could switch servers which would show only your points for that server.

Just a guess.

The Scoreboard Page in the app is known issue and Staff is working on it.

If you click on the search icon on the left, then your name (near the top) your points are displayed.
