increased points, not decreased

How do I solve this problem? yesterday I was 534 points away from WAZE royalty but today I am 4709 points away, an increase of 4175 points. Thought it was supposed to go the other way! :cry:

How do I reach someone about this problem?

So they can really add more than 4,000 points!

That is actually not too outside of the normal. There is no set point limit to each of the tiers, but rather, the ranks are set by a set percentage with the Royalty Wazer being those within the top 1% of the Waze users in your region.
