I would suggest reaching out via forum pm to your regional coordinator. You can find that name by looking at the Wazeopedia for your state or province. A simple Google search for Wazeopendia <state> will get you the page you need.

Updates have been few and far between. The points do not add up the same as they were when they did work. Most recently, I have minus points...points being taken away.
Time to get to work on this.
