Changing of Location

Hi! Good day to all of you.

I am from Fairview International School Kuala Lumpur.

Previously we were located in Jln Ampang however we move to our new campus in Wangsa Maju already. Hence we receive feedback from our visitors that when they use waze to locate Fairview International School KL, waze still direct them to the Fairview located in Jln Ampang. (The campus is already closed)

How can we solve this matter? Our new address is 4178 Jln 1/27D, Section 6 Wangsa Maju, 53300 KL. Please help us so that our visitor will find us easily. Thank you.

Waze map location for that school has been there for quite some time already.

There's other campus that's already closed but still exist in Google Map. You need to ask Google Map to totally remove it rather than leaving it with "close". It will not bring any benefit since it still visible in Waze search result.

Reporting as closed won't prevent Wazers mistakenly choose it in Waze app.

Delete it permanently would be better. :D

The search result that showing Fairview International School Kuala Lumpur at Jalan Ampang wasn't from the Waze database (there is no Fairview International School Kuala Lumpur at Jalan Ampang in Waze Map). It was from the Google Map database.
Fairview International School was already been updated correctly at Jalan 1/27D in Waze Map since February 05, 2016

You may refer to the document "How To Identify The Search Result Are From Waze Or 3rd Party Database" on this issue

To solve this, you can directly report it to Google Map or you can fill up this "Wrong Results In Waze Autocomplete" form
