Otherwise all people will be routed through the entrance pass, but there are many who have whole year pass.

I changed name to 2€ Entrance pass / maksas automāti. This should be better.

So, user has to find a way to pay himself I think.
I don't think much will change. We can either route everyone to entrance fee booths, or just straight.. I don't know if avoid toll roads will give any needed effect, but people will have different settings in phones.. so its hard to predict.

Hey, it worked quite interesting. If I have Toll roads allowed, route goes straight. If I have toll roads avoided, route goes through Toll booths. Great.
