Mēs tak izrunājam slack-čatā, ka to ķeksīti vajag visiem ceļiem ar slikto sēgumu, pat privātiem. Tomēr privātiem un mazām ielam tas galīgi nav svarīgi. Svarīgi, lai grants ceļiem varētu augsto tipu likt, bet ne visus lietotājus tur vestu! Protams, lielākā daļa no tiem ir grants ceļi, bet teorijā divi mažori var ļoti tuvu viens otram pieiet, un viņus savienotu zemesceļš, pa kuru var nobraukt (kam atļauts), lai nebraukt 2km līdz apgriezienam.
Un kur atrādi ķeksīti "4x4"?? Ir tikai maksas ceļš un Tunelis!!

Here's a list of questions that came up during the meetup, and their answers:

Real Time:
Q: Why don’t we save speed information when segment is split?
A: In case data comes from google, once segment is split, Google data won’t be used on it until next match, happens once a week).
Q: Why when closures from feed remain longer on the map than community reported ones?
A: Usually feed knows start and end times better and currently there’s no good interface within Waze app for specific hours selection. Feed alerts are disappeared once users mark them as “not there”.
Q: How do we combine the information between free-flow speed and the speed limit when the free-flow speed is higher than the limit?
A: We use free-flow calculated speed, in case it is not available - we use speed limit data.
Q: Please share an explanation as of when we use Google data vs Waze’s
A: Google Traffic is used only on segments where there is not enough Wazers. In case such data is not available, we will use Google Free Flow speed too.

Routing:
Q: Many of the regions in eastern Europe doesn’t have highways and long routing failing.
A: Regarding long routes, we don't currently have a solution except for the users to drive along these roads. The more they drive the better we will able to understand which roads are important automatically.
Q: We need a separation between unpaved roads and 4*4.
A: Planned. No ETA yet.

WME product:
Q: CMs see endless notifications from too many areas. We should still make sure that it’s limited/focused. Maybe we can add filters? (For example by country).
A: Filters are on the roadmap for the Feed.
Q: Does the feed prioritize notifications based on AM permissions and driven areas?
A: The feed only shows issues the user has permissions to solve. In addition, it sorts issues based on certain categories.

WME and Backend:
Q: Does JB deal with the ability to define the instructions for complex U-turns? Answer: currently not. In the future we will enable controlling instructions through the editor.
A: We will support setting the routing instruction for each "route" within the JB from the entry segment of the junction to its exit segment.
Q: Will JB will also include roundabouts?
A: this is a different element. It is not necessary in small roundabout but maybe in big ones we should consider it. They are asking mostly because of instructions. It will be fixed once we enable editing routing instructions.
Q: What about continue straight in JB?
A: Yes, it will be possible to define a "continue straight" instruction for a specific route in the JB.
Q: When is it planned to be launched?
A: We are still working on the JB feature to fully work, once we're done we'll start planning the specs for this feature.
